In high season it can take longer. We ship orders with DHL. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping company. If you notice any damage to the package, you must immediately notify the carrier and make a claim on the spot with the carrier upon delivery.<\/p>\n<h3>Transport, Insurance<\/h3>\n<p>Transportation of goods takes place under Livv. AB for invoicing and debiting the buyer unless otherwise agreed.  <\/p>\n<p>Transport insurance is not included in the transport costs but is provided by the buyer.<\/p>\n<h4>Other<\/h4>\n<p>We reserve the right to make any product changes and reserve the right to make any price changes from our subcontractors that are not included in the oral or written fixed price quotation.  <\/p>\n<p>ATTENTION! For questions contact info@livv.se<\/p>\n<h4>On delivery<\/h4>\n<p>When you receive a delivery from us, it is important that you check the goods before signing the consignment note. If you sign the consignment note without any remarks, you cannot claim any damage or missing goods afterwards.<\/p>\n<p>When a delivery from Livv. arrives, it is important that you check all packages to make sure the number matches the consignment note. Check that nothing is damaged. If you sign the consignment note without any remarks, you cannot claim any damage or missing goods afterwards. Livv is not responsible for any complaints regarding shipping damage reported later than seven days after receipt of delivery.<\/p>\n<h3>What should I do when receiving goods?  <\/h3>\n<p>When receiving goods, always start by checking the appearance of the packaging. If the packaging is damaged, or if you otherwise believe there is a risk that the contents are damaged, open the package and examine the goods. Take a photo of the damaged packaging before opening it. If the goods or packaging are damaged, you must note this on the consignment note. If you made remarks, make a photocopy before giving it to the driver. Write the name of the driver and the haulier and the vehicle registration number on the photocopy.  <\/p>\n<p>Also, always check that the number of packages matches what is stated in the shipping document. Do not assume that the number of packages loaded is automatically present at unloading. Pallets can split on the road and packages can disappear. When receipting, make sure that the receipt is always made on the part of the consignment note that the driver brings back. Also indicate the date when you signed for the goods.<\/p>\n<h2>Prices &amp; conditions<\/h2>\n<p>In all cases where possible prices indicated on our website, the following applies<\/p>\n<h5>&#8211; All prices are in SEK, excl. VAT and free our warehouse in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s.<\/h5>\n<p>Where we have made an offer, the same conditions apply except where other conditions are specified or agreed. The order, price and delivery time can only be considered confirmed when a written order confirmation is received.<\/p>\n<h4>Right of withdrawal\/complaint*<\/h4>\n<p>Livv does not have open purchase. Complaints must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery.<\/p>\n<h3>Retention of title<\/h3>\n<p>Livv. hereby invokes retention of title in respect of the ownership of the goods delivered, which shall not pass to the purchaser until full payment has been received in accordance with the invoiced delivery.<\/p>\n<h4>Payment options<\/h4>\n<h5>Invoice<\/h5>\n<p>30 days net, after the usual credit check, provided that no other payment period has been agreed.<\/p>\n<p>ATTENTION! We do not sell to private individuals.<\/p>\n<p>When you pay by invoice, you can shop safely and easily. You never have to give your card details, and you always pay after your goods have been delivered.<\/p>\n<p>In case of non-payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60.00 and penalty interest of 10.00% will be charged. A credit check is carried out at the time of purchase, which in some cases involves obtaining a credit report. You will receive a copy of the credit report by post. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation.<\/p>\n<h5>Advance payment<\/h5>\n<p>You pay money in advance to our bank account number or swish. After submitting your order at the checkout, you will receive on-screen and email instructions on how to proceed.
